SEOHOLAB Completes Trademark Registration of ‘Singredient’ in China, Expanding Its Global Intellectual Property Portfolio

-Official trademark rights granted by Chinese authorities, securing exclusive brand ownership in the local market
-Strengthens nationwide market expansion and distribution security in China through the Singredient product line
-Demonstrates sustainable growth strategy following NMPA registration and successful sell-out at the Chongqing Expo

SEOHOLAB Co., Ltd. (CEO Sohee Lee), a technology-driven cosmetics R&D company, announced that it has successfully completed the trademark registration of its flagship brand, Singredient, in China.

The registration marks a significant milestone, as it represents official recognition of exclusive trademark rights by Chinese authorities in one of the world’s largest and most competitive beauty markets. Through this achievement, SEOHOLAB has secured legal protection for the Singredient brand name throughout China, establishing a strong intellectual property (IP) foundation that helps prevent trademark infringement, counterfeit products, and potential brand-related disputes while enabling stable long-term business operations.

Singredient is a high-performance skincare line that embodies SEOHOLAB’s proprietary ingredient formulations and advanced formulation technologies. The brand has become one of the company’s most valuable assets, earning recognition from consumers both in Korea and overseas for its product quality and effectiveness.

The completion of the trademark registration is expected to create significant synergy with SEOHOLAB’s recent global achievements. The company has already secured NMPA (National Medical Products Administration) registration for its key products in China and recently achieved a complete sell-out of all exhibited products at the Western China International Fair for Investment and Trade (WCIFIT), held in Chongqing from May 21 to 24.

With regulatory approval through NMPA registration, proven market demand demonstrated by the exhibition sell-out, and now exclusive trademark protection, SEOHOLAB is well positioned to accelerate export discussions and distribution partnerships with major Chinese distributors and beauty industry buyers.

“Our team has carefully prepared for trademark registration to protect the unique value of our brand and provide the highest level of confidence to our business partners in China,” said a representative from SEOHOLAB’s Intellectual Property Division. “This registration is a clear example of the sustainable global growth strategy that SEOHOLAB pursues through strong intellectual property management. Leveraging this legal protection, we will continue strengthening Singredient’s position as a premium skincare brand in the Chinese market.”
