SEOHO LAB Co., Ltd. has successfully completed both EU CPNP (Cosmetic Products Notification Portal) registration and U.S. MoCRA (Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act) facility and product registration for its flagship premium skincare product, the Skin On You Beta Moist Ampoule.

The EU CPNP is a mandatory notification system for cosmetic products marketed within the European Union. It requires comprehensive compliance procedures, including ingredient verification and the preparation of a Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR). By completing the CPNP registration and appointing a Responsible Person (RP) within the EU, SEOHO LAB has established the legal foundation to distribute its products throughout the European market.

At the same time, SEOHO LAB successfully completed U.S. FDA MoCRA product registration and English labeling review in compliance with the latest U.S. cosmetic regulations. By meeting the regulatory requirements of both Europe and the United States—the world's two largest cosmetics markets—the company has demonstrated that its products comply with internationally recognized safety and regulatory standards.

The Skin On You Beta Moist Ampoule, which obtained both registrations, is one of SEOHO LAB's flagship products featuring the company's proprietary formulation technology.
